Cloud PBX

An admin-only screen ("Manage PBX servers, multi-server support") for connecting external PBX servers to Voiplix. Reached from PBX > Cloud-PBX.

In this example it is switched off, and the page shows a note instead of the server list:

Cloud PBX, disabled — the feature is switched on with a confline.
Note

The product's own note on this screen: "ACL / allow-carrier / deny-carrier are based on Kazoo ecallmgr via SSH in the legacy system. Those functions are deferred until a Kazoo cluster is connected. Server management (CRUD) is fully functional."

What the form holds, once enabled

Each server is identified by a hostname and IP, plus two separate sets of credentials — one to reach the server over SSH, one to reach the PBX application on it:

FieldMeaning
Hostname, Server IP, PortHow Voiplix reaches this PBX server.
SSH user, SSH secret, SSH portCredentials for an SSH connection to the server (defaults to user root, port 22).
PBX user, PBX secret, PBX accountCredentials and account name for the PBX application itself.
CommentA free-text note for your own reference.
Warning

Two real secrets live on this form — the SSH secret and the PBX secret. Only an administrator ever sees this screen at all.

Check

If the feature is on, the server you added appears in the list with its Hostname and Server IP; if it is off, this page shows only the disabled note above, and that is the expected, correct state.
