My details

The one page where you can change your own contact information and password.

Select My details in the menu.

My details form: a read-only Username field, editable Name, Email, Phone, Mobile, Fax, City, PLZ and Address fields, a Change password (optional) section with New password and Confirm password, and a Save button. — My details — contact fields and the password section.

Field	Meaning
`Username`	Your login name — shown for reference, not editable here.
`Name`	Your contact name.
`Email`	Your contact e-mail address.
`Phone` / `Mobile` / `Fax`	Contact numbers.
`City` / `PLZ` / `Address`	Your postal address (`PLZ` is the postcode/ZIP field).
`New password` / `Confirm password`	Leave both empty to keep your current password; fill in both, matching, to change it.

Warning

Save applies the whole form at once — every field, not just the one you changed. Fill in the contact details you want to keep before changing anything, and leave the two password fields empty unless you actually mean to change your password.

Note

There's no time zone setting on this page today. If times shown elsewhere in the portal look wrong for where you are, that's a question for your provider rather than a setting to change here.

Check

After saving, the page confirms with a Saved message and reloads with your new details in place — sign out and back in with a new password if you changed one, to confirm it took effect.
