My calls
Your own outgoing call history, with a date range and a destination search.
What's listed
Select My calls in the menu. The page heading reads My outgoing calls — on purpose: only calls you made are listed. An incoming call isn't tied to your connection in a way the portal can show, so it never appears here, however it was answered.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
Date | When the call was placed. |
From | The number or extension the call went out from. |
To | The destination number you called. |
Prefix | The dialling prefix that matched, e.g. the country/network code. |
Status | How the call ended — answered, no answer, busy, failed. |
Duration | How long the call lasted. |
Price | What that call cost, at your tariff. |
Searching
Use From and Until to narrow the date range, and To to search by destination number, then select Search.
Type six digits or more of the destination number and it searches by the end of the number — so 791234567 also finds 0791234567 and 0041791234567. A shorter entry searches by the beginning instead.
There's no export or download button on this page today — just the table above. If you need your call history in a file, ask your provider.
Check
After a search, the count above the table (N entries · page X of Y) reflects your filters — clear the date and number fields and search again to go back to the full list.
