Quickforwards
Forward incoming calls to one of your numbers to another number — set from the portal, no call to your provider needed.
Select Quickforwards in the menu.
Once your provider enables the feature on at least one of your numbers, that number gets its own row with three fields:

Forward to | The target number to forward calls to. |
Description | An optional note for yourself. |
Fill in Forward to, optionally a description, and select Save on that row. Select Delete to switch a forward back off.
Note
A quickforward only recognises you as the caller by your caller ID (CLI). If none of your own devices has one registered, the page tells you so and the numbers below won't do anything until one does.
Check
After saving, the row keeps showing your Forward to number — call the number from a device with a registered caller ID and confirm it rings the target instead.
