My usage, live calls & my globe

Three read-only pages of the My account menu that look at your calls from a different side: a summary for a period, what is running right now, and where in the world.

My usage

Select My usage in the menu. The page says: "Your own calls in the selected period, summed up by the groups you choose." Set the period, optionally a destination number, tick how the calls should be grouped, then select Create report.

My usage — the period, a destination filter and the grouping.
FieldMeaning
From / UntilThe period, each with a date and, if you like, an hour and a minute.
ToOptional: only calls to this destination number.
Group byHow the calls are summed up: by Device, by Destination prefix (ticked to begin with), by day or by Hour. More than one can be ticked.

Live calls

Select Live calls in the menu: "Your calls that are running right now. The list updates itself every few seconds while this page is open." When nothing is running, it says No active calls.

Live calls — nothing is running on this account right now.

My globe

Select My globe in the menu: "Where your devices are (by their internet address) and which countries your calls are going to right now." Scroll, pinch or double-click to zoom the globe, drag to turn it; the buttons at its top right zoom in and out and reset the view.

My globe — the globe with its legend, and the two cards on the right.
PartMeaning
LegendDots for your Devices, registered and Devices, not registered, the Destination country (live) of a running call and the Call in progress itself.
Active callsHow many calls are running, and the destination countries they go to. Without a call it says No outgoing call right now.
My devices by placeWhere your devices are, worked out from their internet address. A device with a private address (for example 192.168…) has no place and is not drawn; the card counts how many devices are registered and how many have a location.
Note

Only outgoing calls have a line to the destination country. An incoming call has no line — that is intended, not an error. The location data comes from IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

Check

Start a call from one of your devices and watch Live calls: the call appears within a few seconds and disappears again when it ends. On My globe, the same call draws a line to its destination country.
