1. First login

How to reach the admin login for the first time, sign in, and (if this is a brand-new install) get through the first-run setup wizard.

Sign in

Open your Voiplix web address in a browser. You will land on the login screen. Enter the Username and Password your operator gave you, and select Login.

Field	Meaning
`Username`	Your admin username.
`Password`	Your admin password.

Tip

If the login fails, double-check the address your operator gave you — a wrong address is far more common than a wrong password.

The dashboard

After signing in you land on the Dashboard. It shows call volume, active calls and system status. On a fresh install most numbers will be at zero — that is expected.

Check

You are signed in when the sidebar and the Dashboard are visible and the address bar no longer shows the login page.
