Rates, rate details and destinations
A rate prices one destination inside one tariff. Destinations themselves — prefixes grouped by country — are shared across every tariff.
Rates: one row per destination
Open a tariff and select Rates (or User rates for a sell tariff) to see and add its prices.
What each field means
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
Prefix | The leading digits of the destination number this rate applies to (for example 49 for all of Germany, or 4915 for just German mobiles). |
Rate (or "blocked") | Price per minute — or the literal word blocked to refuse calls to this prefix instead of pricing them. |
Connection fee | A fixed amount charged once per call, on top of the per-minute rate. |
Increment (s) | How call time is rounded up for billing — for example 60 bills in full-minute steps. |
Min. time (s) | The minimum duration every answered call is billed for. |
Ghost minutes % | An extra percentage added on top of the billed duration for this destination. |
Valid from (optional) | When this price starts applying; leave empty for "right away". |
The Rates page also has Add country (add every destination of one country in one step), CSV export, PDF export, Generate tariff and High rates (a warning list of unusually expensive prefixes) — plus CSV import, covered on its own page next.
Rate details: pricing by time of day
Select Time rules on a rate to price the same destination differently by time of day, or by workday versus holiday.
A rate starts with one row that covers the whole day, every day (All days). Add more rows with different From/Until times to charge, say, a lower night rate. Select Split into WD/FD to price workdays (WD) and holidays (FD) separately instead of one shared schedule — which dates count as a holiday is defined once, sitewide, under Routing > Tariffs > Holidays / day types, not per rate.
Destinations and directions
A destination is a prefix with a name (for example 4915 → "Germany Mobile"), grouped under a direction (a country). Destinations are a shared catalogue — the same list every tariff's rates are priced against — kept under Routing > Destinations and Routing > Directions.
Because destinations are shared, adding a rate to a tariff never invents a new destination unless the prefix is genuinely new — it reuses the existing one, so the same "Germany Mobile" name and grouping show up consistently across every tariff that prices it.
Check
Open a tariff's Rates page and confirm the destination you plan to call has a price — and, if it needs to differ by time of day, that its Time rules cover the hours you expect.
