My devices
The phones and softphones registered under your account.
Select My devices in the menu.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
Name | The device's name, as your provider set it up. |
Extension | Its internal extension number. |
CallerID | The name/number it presents on outgoing calls. |
Type | What kind of device it is (a SIP phone, a softphone, …). |
SIP username | Its SIP registration name — what you'd enter when setting up a phone app. |
Host | Where it's currently registered from. |
Voicemail | A link straight to that device's mailbox on the Voicemail page. |
Signing in as just one device
Your provider can also give a single phone its own separate portal login — a username and password just for that device, instead of yours. Signing in with that login shows a smaller page: the device's own name, extension and login name, plus one tile for each area your provider switched on for it (calls, numbers, recordings or voicemail). Nothing else in this guide applies to a device login except those tiles, and it never shows the numbers or devices belonging to any other phone on the same account.
This is not turned on by default for any device — your provider sets it up for a specific phone. If your own login already shows everything above, you're signed in as the account, not as a single device.
Check
Every phone your provider says is on your account should be listed here by name and extension — if one is missing, or a SIP username doesn't match what's configured in the phone itself, that's worth a message to support.
