Voicemail
Messages left for your devices — one mailbox card per device that has one.
Select My voicemail in the menu.
Each device with a mailbox gets its own card, with two tabs — Inbox and Old — and one row per message:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
Date | When the message was left. |
Caller | The caller ID text the network sent, as-is. |
Duration | How long the message is. |
Record | An inline player, if the message can play in the browser — see the note below if it can't. |
Action | Download (always available for any message with audio) and, where you're allowed to, Delete. |
Only some recordings can play right there in the browser. Older ones saved in a different format show "Not playable in the browser — download instead" — you can still download and play them with any media app.
Deleting a message is permanent — there is no recycle bin. If a mailbox fills up to 100 messages, the five oldest are removed automatically so callers can still leave new ones — that's expected housekeeping, not something going wrong.
Some portal logins (for example, a single device's own login — see My devices) can listen to and download messages but not delete them; the Delete button simply isn't shown for that login.
Your PIN and greeting
Where you're allowed to manage the mailbox, its card comes with two extra pieces: a form to change the mailbox's *97 PIN (4 to 10 digits — the current PIN is never shown, only replaced), and a greetings manager for the announcement callers hear. Both sit below the message list for that device, so they only appear once at least one mailbox exists.
If voicemail is switched off for a device, its existing messages stay right where they were — you can still listen to and download them — but callers can no longer leave new ones.
Check
The mailbox count at the top of the page (N Mailboxes) should match the number of your devices that have voicemail switched on — see the Voicemail link on each row of My devices.
