Active calls (live)

Active Calls in the sidebar shows calls in progress right now — it updates instantly as calls start, connect and end, without ever reloading the page.

Active Calls, idle — no calls in progress right now.

The table is empty in the screenshot simply because nothing is calling through the system at this moment — the moment a call starts, a row appears here with no reload needed.

Summary tiles

Active calls, Connected and Ringing — all live counts.

Active calls is the total (connected + ringing); Connected counts only calls that have been answered; Ringing counts the rest. For admin/accountant a second row of tiles shows the system‑wide signalling load (CPS and its peaks).

Table columns and filters

Each row shows status, direction, start time, running duration, source and destination number, the resolved destination, user, device, the caller's IP, and — for admin/accountant — the provider. Any column header can be clicked to sort by it.

A filter row above the table narrows what's shown, live, with no search button: User, Device (only after picking a user), Status, Country, Provider, DID, Source and Destination.

Warning

Admin and reseller accounts get a hangup button on each row that ends that call immediately, on a live, real call — there is no undo. It's meant for cutting off a call that is clearly wrong (fraud, a stuck loop), not for routine use.

Check

A number here should always match what the dashboard's Active calls widget shows at the same moment — both read the same live data, just with more detail and filters on this page.
