Dashboard
The page you land on right after login. Three groups of tiles: Quick stats (calls and money over several time windows), Active calls (a live mini‑view), and — for admin and accountant — System status (the health of the server itself).
Quick stats
A table of the same eight numbers across five time windows: Today, This month, 24 hours, 14 days and 6 months.
What each row means
| Row | Meaning |
|---|---|
Attempts | Every dial attempt in the window, answered or not. |
Calls | Only the answered calls — the tile's own tooltip says so, because it is easy to assume it means "attempts". |
ASR | Answer‑seizure ratio: the share of attempts that were answered. |
ACD | Average call duration of the answered calls. |
Duration | Total talk time in the window. |
Revenue / Self-cost / Profit / Margin | Money in, money out, the difference, and the difference as a percentage. Visible to admin, accountant and reseller only. |
Active calls (widget)
A small live card next to Quick stats: current Active calls and Connected counts, refreshed automatically. For admin and accountant it also shows CPS (calls per second) and the day's peak CPS / peak calls. Clicking through leads to the full Active calls page.
System status
Six hardware/service tiles along the bottom, visible only to admin and accountant: CPU load, Memory, Hard disk, Uptime, Asterisk AMI and Database. Disk, Asterisk and Database carry a colour dot (green/amber/red); CPU and Memory deliberately don't, because there is no single "healthy" threshold for either.
A plain customer never sees this dashboard. They see their own account's balance and tariff instead — the finance card that replaces Quick stats/System status for a non‑staff login.
Check
If Calls in the "Today" column stays at zero all day on a system that should be carrying traffic, that's the first sign something upstream (routing, a provider, a device) is broken — go to Active calls or Calls next.
