Calls list & search

Under Calls in the sidebar: every call the system has billed, with a search form above it and a CSV export next to the title.

The example below is filtered to one demo device (1010, extension of user democompany) so the list stays short — in real use it shows the whole system, or a customer's own calls when a customer is logged in.

Search filters

The form is a plain search — fill in what you know and press Search. Nothing here changes a call; it only narrows what the table (and the CSV export below) shows.

Every search field on the Calls list.
FieldMeaning
From (date) / To (date)The calendar range to search in.
From (source)The caller's number. Six digits or more searches by the end of the number (so 791234567 also finds 0791234567); shorter entries search by the beginning.
ToThe dialled number, same matching rule as From.
StatusOne of ANSWERED, NO ANSWER, BUSY, FAILED or CONGESTION.
DirectionOutbound (OUT), Inbound (IN) or Internal (INT).
Hangup CauseOne specific cause code — see Hangup causes explained for what the common ones mean.
User / DeviceOnly shown to staff. Picking a user loads that user's devices into the Device dropdown.
ProviderOnly shown to admin/accountant — which carrier terminated the call.
EntriesPage size: 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 500 rows.
Only calls with several dial attempts (retry/failover)Shows only calls where the routing engine tried more than one provider — see Attempts on the call details page.

The results table

Above the table, four summary tiles total up the current search: Answered (count), Duration, Revenue, and — for admin/accountant only — Margin.

Each row shows Date, Direction, User, Device, From, To, a flagged Destination, Status, Hangup Cause, an Attempts indicator (for multi‑attempt calls), Duration, User Rate and User Price — plus, for admin/accountant only, Provider, Provider Price, and an INFO link at the end of the row. That link is the only way into call details: a reseller, partner or customer sees the row's own numbers here, but not the detail page behind it.

CSV export

The CSV export button next to the page title exports every call matching the current search, not just the rows on screen — it ignores the page size and pagination entirely.

Tip

Narrow the search first (a date range at minimum), then export — an unfiltered export on a busy system can be a very large file.

Check

After filtering, the page title's entry count ("N entries · page X of Y") should match what you expect; if it reads zero, loosen a filter — the "From"/"To" number match ends up stricter than expected more often than the date range does.
