CDR management
CDR in the sidebar opens a hub of tiles rather than one page — everything to do with call detail records as data: importing someone else's, exporting your own, re‑rating a period, and reconciling disputes with a carrier.
What each tile does
| Tile | What it's for |
|---|---|
CDR import | Import external calls from a CSV file — for example a carrier's own CDRs that need billing here. |
CDR re-rating | Recalculate the calls of a period — used after a tariff correction, to re‑apply the right rates to calls that already happened. |
CDR export templates | Column selection for CDR exports — which fields end up in a file, and in what order. |
CDR import templates | Column mapping for CSV imports — matches a carrier's own column layout to this system's fields. |
Automatic CDR exports | Scheduled CDR exports — a delivery that runs by itself instead of a manual export each time. |
Usage report | The grouped/aggregate call analysis — see Usage report & aggregate templates. |
Aggregate templates | Saved usage‑report configurations — see Aggregate templates. |
Automatic aggregate exports | Scheduled aggregate (grouped) exports, the aggregate‑report equivalent of Automatic CDR exports. |
CDR disputes | Reconciliation against a counterparty's own CDRs — for arguing a bill up or down with a carrier. |
Dispute templates | Presets for disputes, so a recurring reconciliation doesn't start from a blank form each time. |
Note
Only some of these tiles show up depending on your role. Import and re‑rating change billed data, so they need the strongest permission and are limited to cross‑tenant accounts (in practice: admin and accountant); the rest only need read access to appear.
Check
If a tile you expect is missing, it is almost always a permission the logged‑in role doesn't hold — the tile itself never leads to a page that then refuses you; it simply isn't offered.
