Usage report & aggregate templates

Usage report in the sidebar is the grouped view of calls: instead of one row per call (like the Calls list), it condenses a period into one row per group — per user, device, provider, destination prefix, day or hour, or a combination.

Building a report

Pick a date range, tick one or more grouping boxes (User, Device, Provider, Destination prefix, Day, Hour), optionally narrow by a destination prefix, a specific User ID, or "Answered only", then press Create report.

ColumnMeaning
GroupThe value of whichever dimension(s) were ticked — a username, a day, an hour, etc.
ASRAnswer‑seizure ratio for that group.
ACDAverage call duration for that group's answered calls.
User billsec / Provider billsecTotal billed seconds on the customer side and on the provider side — these can differ because the two sides can round/bill in different increments.
Price orig.Origination price — what customers were charged, summed for the group.
Price term.Termination price — the operator's own purchase cost from providers. Shown to admin, accountant and reseller; not shown to partner.
ProfitPrice orig. minus Price term. for the group. Same visibility rule as Price term.
Note

Ticking more than one grouping box (e.g. User and Provider, as in the screenshot) breaks each user's calls further down by provider, rather than adding a second, separate table.

Aggregate templates

A saved usage‑report configuration — which boxes are ticked, and which extra columns (Price orig., Price term., Profit, ACD, ASR) should show — so a report you run often doesn't need to be rebuilt by hand every time. Reached from the CDR hub's Aggregate templates tile.

Check

The results header shows a row count ("Result (N rows)") plus the same totals (Calls, Answered, and Profit where visible) that the Profit report gives for the same period — the two should agree, since they read the same underlying calls.
