My prices & my recordings
Two short, read-only pages: what a call to a given destination costs you, and where your recorded calls are if the operator has switched that on.
My prices
Select My prices in the menu. It shows your own tariff's rates, grouped alphabetically by Destination group — click a letter to jump to it.
| Part | Meaning |
|---|---|
Tariff (page subtitle) | The name of the tariff assigned to this account — see Tariffs & Routing for how staff set it. |
| Letter bar | Destination groups (mostly country/operator names) grouped by their first letter, so a long price list stays scannable. |
Price/min | Your rate for that destination group, in your account's currency, as stated on the page ("prices incl. tax" or excl., depending on the tariff). |
This demo account's tariff has no rows under "A" — pick a different letter, or see Tariffs & Routing for how a tariff's rates are built up on the operator side.
My recordings
Select My recordings in the menu. If call recording isn't switched on for this account, the page says so plainly and stops there:
Recording an account's calls is switched on by staff, not by the customer — see the Recordings field on the device edit form in Device settings. Once it's on, calls placed or received through a recorded device appear here with a player and a download link, the same idea as the voicemail list on Voicemail.
Check
On My prices, the tariff name in the subtitle should match the tariff your operator told you applies to your account. On My recordings, if you expect recordings and the page still says recording isn't enabled, ask the operator to check the Recordings setting on your device — see My devices.
