A reseller's own users, tariffs, providers and routing
A reseller's world is scoped the same way everywhere in Voiplix: it only ever sees rows it owns. This page walks the four building blocks — users, tariffs, providers, routing — as the fixture account reseller_a actually sees them.
Its own users
Already covered in depth on Users & Customers → Resellers: a reseller's Users list only ever shows customers it created, the New user form's Tariff and LCR fields read "— no tariff —" / "— no LCR —" until something exists for it to assign, and the yellow restriction banner explains why. Nothing on that page changes here — the rest of this page is about the tariffs, providers and routing sitting behind those two dropdowns.
Tariffs
A reseller gets the same Tariffs item under Routing as the operator does, scoped to tariffs it owns. reseller_a hasn't created any yet in this example, but Create tariff is offered regardless of whether the reseller has "own providers" enabled — see the callout below.
Providers
Same pattern under Providers: its own list, its own Create provider button, nothing from the operator's provider book visible.
LCR / routing — reachable, but off the menu
Unlike Tariffs and Providers, LCR / routing has no entry at all in a reseller's own sidebar — compare the expanded Routing section in the screenshot above, which stops at Terminators. Typing or bookmarking /routing directly still works, though, and still offers Create LCR:
This is exactly why the restriction banner on the New user form says routing "comes from the administrator": a reseller is never steered toward building its own LCR profile day to day — no menu item points there — even though the page underneath still exists and still works if reached directly.
Two settings decide how far this goes
Whether any of this is worth doing depends on a setting the reseller cannot see or change itself: "Enable Reseller PRO" (the operator's internal name is "own providers"), off by default and off for reseller_a in this example. Without it, a reseller's own tariffs, providers and LCR profiles have nothing of substance to route calls through on their own — the practical path is the operator sharing one of its own providers via Common use providers instead, billed through an assigned tariff. The New user form reflects exactly that state today:
reseller_a has built neither yet.User Groups: what a reseller manages for its own customers
Under RESELLER, a reseller keeps one working item: User Groups — fine‑grained portal permission templates for its own end customers, the reseller‑side twin of the operator's own User Groups screen mentioned on The Reseller menu.
Check
Signed in as a reseller, open Tariffs and Providers from the sidebar and confirm both offer a Create button scoped to that reseller alone; open /routing by direct link and confirm it works even without a sidebar entry pointing to it.
