Resellers
A Reseller account is a customer of yours who resells Voiplix service to their own customers — with its own, separate set of users that nobody else's user list shows.
Creating a reseller
A reseller is a user like any other: open Customers > Users > New user and set Type to Reseller.
See Creating and editing a user for what every field on this form means — a reseller account uses the exact same form as any other user.
What makes a reseller different: its own customer scope
Once created, a reseller signs in like any staff account, but its Users list only ever shows customers it created — never the operator's own customers, and never another reseller's. The reverse is also true: as Admin or Accountant, the main Users list does not show a reseller's own customers either. To see them, either sign in as that reseller, or use the Login as quick action from the operator's Users list.
The banner at the very top ("You are signed in as … — original: admin", with a Back to admin button) is Login as: a staff quick action that lets Admin, Accountant or Reseller accounts see the system exactly as one specific user would, without knowing that user's password. It's the row icon that looks like a person with a small gear, titled "Log in as <username> (login-as)" in the Quick actions column.
The reseller restriction
The yellow banner reads: "Reseller restriction: without own providers, limited user management rights apply (tariffs/routing come from the administrator)." In practice this means a reseller with no providers of their own cannot pick from the operator's tariffs and LCRs when creating a customer — the Tariff and LCR fields on their New user form show only "— no tariff —" / "— no LCR —" until the administrator sets one up for them or assigns providers.
Whether this banner appears depends on the reseller's own providers setting, not on how many customers it already has.
Global reseller settings
An Admin can set defaults that apply to every reseller under Reseller > Resellers Settings in the sidebar — things like whether resellers may register their own devices, DID-to-trunk behaviour, and the default DID provider. These are operator-wide, not per-reseller.
Check
Sign in as a reseller (or use Login as) and confirm its Users list shows only that reseller's own customers — not the operator's, and not another reseller's.
