The users list, filters and search
Every customer account, in one table: who they are, what they're on, what they owe or have in credit, and whether they're active.
Open Customers > Users in the sidebar. The page heading shows a quick count — for example "10 users · 9 postpaid · 1 prepaid" — so you can see the split at a glance without opening a report.
The columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| (dot) | Online status: green when the account (or one of its devices) is currently registered, an orange warning triangle when the account is blocked. |
Username | The login name — also a link straight to that user's detail page. |
Name | First and last name. |
Type | The account role — see Account types (roles), plus a postpaid/prepaid badge. |
Tariff | The sell tariff currently assigned (blank/"—" for staff-type accounts, which are not billed). |
Balance | The current account balance, in the account's currency. |
Status | Active or Blocked. |
Quick actions | Row icons for the most common jumps — recent calls, recordings, device groups, devices, add a payment, custom rates, subscriptions, invoices, statement of account, action log, PBX on/off, log in as this user, edit, hide, delete. Which ones you see depends on the account's type and your own role. |
What you see here is scoped to you. An Admin or Accountant sees the operator's own direct customers; a Reseller or Partner sees only their own customers — see Resellers.
Filtering and search
The filter bar has five fields, all combinable: a Type dropdown (defaults to every type), and text fields for Username, First Name, Last Name and Email. Each text field matches anywhere in the value — you don't need to type the whole username. Click Search to apply.
The Type dropdown narrows the list to one role at a time — useful on a system with many customers, to jump straight to every Reseller or every Accountant without scrolling:
Hidden users
The Hidden users button (top right) switches the list to accounts that have been hidden instead of deleted — the eye-off icon in Quick actions hides a user without removing its calls, invoices or payments. Active users switches back.
Two more buttons up top
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
Default user | Opens the template new users are pre-filled from — see The default user template. |
Weak passwords | Lists accounts whose password does not meet the current password policy, so you know who to nudge. |
New user | Opens the create form — see Creating and editing a user. |
Check
Type a few letters of a known username into Username and click Search — the list should narrow to matching rows only, and the heading count should not change (it always reflects your whole scope, not the filtered view).
