Signed in as a reseller (Login as)

Login as is the operator's own way to see the system exactly as one specific account would, without knowing its password. Everything below was captured that way — read‑only, on the existing fixture account reseller_a ("Fixture ResellerA").

Starting the impersonation

From the operator's own Customers > Users list, the Quick actions column at the end of each row carries a person‑with‑a‑gear icon, titled "Log in as <username> (login-as)". Clicking it on the reseller_a row (after a confirmation prompt) swaps the session over.

The operator's own Users list — reseller_a is the fixture reseller account used throughout this section.

The dashboard, as a reseller

A yellow banner now runs across the very top of every page: "You are signed in as reseller_a — original: admin", with a Back to admin button that ends the impersonation at any time. The greeting below it addresses the reseller by name, not "admin".

The reseller's own Dashboard — same layout as the operator's, scoped to its own numbers.

Two things worth noting on this particular dashboard: the Quick stats table carries Self-cost, Profit and Margin rows that a plain customer never sees — more on that in Billing between operator and reseller — and the Finances card shows the reseller's own account (Postpaid, 0.00 EUR balance), exactly like any other customer's balance card.

What survives in the sidebar

The reseller's sidebar keeps the same section names as the operator's, but several items inside each section disappear, and some sections carry only one or two.

The reseller's full sidebar — every section name survives, but not every item inside.
SectionWhat's different for a reseller
OVERVIEWSame items as the operator, all scoped to the reseller's own calls: Dashboard, Active Calls, Calls, Recordings, Statistics, Usage report, Softphone, Help.
CUSTOMERS, ROUTINGA narrower set — own users, own tariffs, own providers, but none of the operator‑only items (Destinations, Directions, Quality‑Routing, Cause‑Rules…) and no LCR/routing menu entry at all. Full breakdown on the next page.
RESELLEROnly User Groups and Groups — Resellers Settings, Common use providers and both Permissions screens are gone; those configure resellers, so only the operator manages them.
SYSTEMShrinks to a handful of items (cron actions, e‑mail templates, importing customer data) — none of the operator‑wide tools like Servers, License or Branding.
MY ACCOUNTThe reseller's own personal details, same as any staff account.

Check

Log in as any reseller from the operator's Users list and compare its sidebar to yours as admin: a plain reseller account never sees Resellers Settings, Common use providers, or either Permissions screen — under RESELLER, only User Groups and Groups remain.
