The end-customer portal

A User-type account doesn't see the admin interface at all — it signs in at the same login page and lands in its own customer portal, scoped entirely to its own account.

The login page and form are exactly the ones covered in Quick Start step 1 — a customer signs in with the username and password you set for them on the user form.

The overview page

After signing in, a customer lands on Overview, with a greeting and four summary cards: current Balance, whether they're on Postpaid or Prepaid billing, their Credit limit (if postpaid), and their assigned Tariff name. If the account is blocked, a message tells them to contact support instead of showing the usual page.

The portal Overview — balance, billing type, credit limit, tariff.

What's in the menu

The sidebar opens on a My account section — everything a customer needs, nothing they don't:

Menu itemWhat it is
OverviewThe summary page above.
My callsThis account's own call history.
My invoicesInvoices issued to this account.
My paymentsThis account's own payment history.
My devicesThis account's SIP devices.
My numbersDIDs assigned to this account.
My pricesThe rates this account is billed under its tariff.
QuickforwardsQuick call-forwarding controls for this account's devices.
My recordingsCall recordings, where enabled.
My voicemailThis account's voicemail boxes.
My detailsTheir own contact details and password — see below.
SoftphoneA browser-based softphone for this account.

Two of those screens, in practice — My invoices is a plain list, empty until an invoice run has actually produced one for this account:

My invoices — nothing here until staff run an invoice for this account.

My payments lists this account's own payment history — date, type, description, amount and status, read-only:

My payments — this customer's own history, matching what staff recorded on their account.

Editing their own details

My details is the one page a customer can edit themselves: name, e-mail, phone, mobile, fax, city, postcode and address, plus an optional password change (leave both password fields blank to keep the current one).

My details — the customer's own editable contact information and password.
Tip

Don't know a customer's password and need to see what they see? Use Login as from the Users list instead of resetting it — see Resellers for where that button lives.

Check

Sign in as a test customer and confirm the Balance and Tariff shown on Overview match what you set on their account — and that they cannot reach any admin page (typing an admin URL directly should be refused, not silently ignored).
