Reports & Statistics
Everything for watching calls as they happen and making sense of them afterwards — the dashboard, the calls list and its filters, a single call's full detail, live active calls, CDR management, recordings, and the statistics reports (profit, hangup causes, loss‑making calls, usage).
This section is read‑only: nothing here changes billing data. It is where you go to look, search and export — not to edit tariffs, users or routing.
Pages in this section
- Dashboard — the tiles you see right after login: quick stats, active calls, system status.
- Calls list & search — every call, with filters for date, user, device, provider, status and hangup cause, plus CSV export.
- Call details — one call in full: price, provider price, hangup cause, and (for routed calls) every dial attempt.
- Active calls (live) — calls in progress right now, updating without a page reload.
- CDR management — import, re‑rating, export templates and disputes in one hub.
- Recordings — the recordings list, the player, and how long a recording is kept.
- Statistics: profit, hangup causes & loss‑making calls — the reports under Statistics that explain where money and failed calls come from.
- Usage report & aggregate templates — group calls by user, device, provider, destination, day or hour, and save the grouping as a template.
Where to find it
All of these live under their own entries in the sidebar once you're logged in as staff (admin, accountant, reseller or partner) — Dashboard, Active Calls, Calls, CDR, Aggregate templates, Recordings, Statistics and Usage report. A plain customer (a user account) sees a smaller self‑service version of some of these under their own portal instead.
Some tiles are hidden per role. A reseller or partner sees only their own tree; the reports that show the operator's self‑cost or margin (Statistics, Usage report) are limited to roles that are allowed to see finances at all.
