Signing in & your account overview

What you see the moment you log in: your balance, billing type, credit limit and tariff — and the menu you'll use for everything else in this guide.

Signing in

You sign in at the same login page as everyone else, with the username and password your provider gave you. There's nothing to choose or configure — enter both and select Login.

Your overview page

After signing in, you land on Overview: a short greeting and four cards with the numbers that matter most.

Overview: your balance, billing type, credit limit and tariff.
CardWhat it means
BalanceYour current account balance, in your account's currency.
BillingPostpaid or Prepaid. Prepaid accounts need a positive balance to make outbound calls; postpaid accounts are billed afterwards, up to the credit limit below.
Credit limitHow far a postpaid balance may go negative before calls are blocked. Not shown for a prepaid account.
TariffThe name of the price list your calls are billed under. See My prices in the menu for the actual rates.
Note

If your account is blocked, this page shows a message asking you to contact support instead of the usual cards — that's expected, and it means your provider needs to hear from you before the account works again.

Getting around

The sidebar opens on My account — every area covered by this guide, in the same order:

The My account menu.

Each item below is its own page in this guide: My calls, My invoices & My payments, My devices, My numbers, My voicemail, Quickforwards, My details, and — where enabled — SMS. My prices, My recordings and Softphone aren't covered as separate pages here; they do what their name says, and My prices shows the same rates your Tariff card above refers to.

Check

You're signed in as yourself, not as staff, if the sidebar starts with My account as shown above — and the Balance, Billing and Tariff cards match what your provider told you.
