Guide for end customers

Everything a User-type account sees after signing in — written directly for that person, in plain words, one page per portal area, with real screenshots of the portal itself.

For operators: what your customers see

A User-type account signs in at the same login page you do, but lands in its own customer portal scoped entirely to that one account — a sidebar that opens on My account (Overview, My calls, My invoices, My payments, My devices, My numbers, My prices, Quickforwards, My recordings, My voicemail, My details, Softphone), plus a handful of shared items in other menu groups your account also uses (their own numbers under External-DIDs, the phonebook, BLF groups — each documented in the operator sections, e.g. Devices & PBX), and their own SMS group when SMS is switched on for them.

For how a User account is created and where its login lives, see The end-customer portal in Users & Customers. This section goes one level deeper, one page per area, written the way your customer reads it — hand a customer a link to a page here, or sign in yourself as one via Login as (see Resellers) to see exactly what they see.

The screenshots below were all taken logged in as a real (test) end-customer account, not as an operator — that account has no devices, numbers or invoices of its own on the demo system, so a few pages show the genuine empty state a brand-new customer would see. Where a page has real data (an SMS history, one payment), the screenshot shows it.
